 My fall break was all about football and friends! The first weekend, I drove up to Atlanta and met up with some friends I hadn't seen since summer. The main event was going to the Georgia Tech game at Bobby Dodd Stadium, the energy from the crowd was absolutely electric, and it was a blast cheering on the Yellow Jackets together. Besides the game, we spent a lot of time just hanging out, catching up, and grabbing some great food around the city. It was the perfect, much-needed break to relax and make some new memories before heading back to classes.

Reflection: Today in class we wrote a 6 panel comic strip using our vocab words.

Summary: I learned many new vocab words.

 That presentation became an immediate, defining moment of courage. The classroom suddenly felt like a stage, and despite my body's betrayal my hands shaking I forced myself to be the first one to step into the spotlight. Taking a decisive breath, I channeled my fear into focus, trusting the practice I had put in. As the words flowed, my anxiety dissolved, replaced by the surprising realization that my classmates were truly engaged. Walking back to my seat, the lingering fear was overwhelmed by a clear, powerful feeling of pride for confronting and conquering a long-held obstacle Summary: Today we wrote a claim on writable for a short story called Ambush.  I realized I had to prioritize my academics, so I made the difficult decision to tell my close friend I needed space from our daily routine. Because we had been inseparable, she was initially hurt and misinterpreted my boundary as a rejection of our friendship. However, after some time passed, she showed great understanding and respected my commitment to my schoolwork. Ultimately, setting that necessary limit didn't harm our bond; instead, it strengthened our friendship by establishing mutual respect for each other's individual needs.
